So as you have all been waiting for the member list to reach 50, I have been jotting down points in order to organize this 100 MEP target group.
SO... what I have decided is that all the members will be distributed into 5 teams, each one of the team having ten members each. I and AlyaUsman will distribute the team 3 to 2 and we both will be responsible for cutting the song, assigning everybody parts, receiving the parts and joining them together to post on RHS channel.
The members will NOT be arranged into teams according to anything. Team 1 will not be considered good and team 5 will not be considered last. They are just teams, their members picked out randomly.
Why teams?
Some of the members thought that one of them would be doing a MEP part in a total of three days. I think that's not only pressurizing for a person but I don't want badly edited MEP parts. I aiming not only quantity but also quality. I want 100 WATCHABLE MEPs... that's why collecting all of you took so long! :p
One member will be given one MEP part to do in TWO WEEKS! Meaning... 14 days! I After every two weeks, five MEPs will be done. In a month, it would be ten. In ten months, it would be 100.
If we don't take breaks... than we are even breaking our own goal!
BUT... of course... there WOULD be breaks... most probably from 15th May to 15th June as the majority of editors will be having exams. I don't want you all to get bad grades because of me.
The teams won't be permanent. They will be changed after after two months so that other members can interact with other members too and I also get to know all of you. I don't want to have robots in this group that I hardly know and I am sure you all have the same experiences of not knowing all of the members of the groups you are in.
That done... let's move on to... *coughs* rules.
RULES
- Please don't add your signatures to the MEP parts as they don't look like and are in the way of one's perfect editing. I will be giving you credit and telling who did what part in the description.
- Please render your parts in widescreen and try to make it good quality. Those people who don't have HQ or HD rendering settings, please tell me and I will AT ONCE tell you and give you a box of chocolates with them. :p
- The MEP parts have to in only WMV. format. The reason for this is the fact my Sony Vegas doesn't support any files but that... and I don't want to convert them because that would ruin the quality. I don't want that.
- If your MEP part is half-heartedly done and contains a number of really unaccpeted errors (like subtitles, horrible masks, wrong lyrics and whatsoever) I will immediately message you about them and YOU WILL correct them. If you don't, I will correct them myself and even replace clips... but of course I will ask your permission first as I have no right to do so.
- Please upload your parts on either any of the sites; sendspace, megaupload, mediafire or filefront. If you have any other, its ok so far its understandable to use. I WILL NOT COPY YOUR MEPS FROM YOUTUBE.
- When sending your MEP parts... please label them according to the part you have given and the song. As I and Alya would be managing multiple MEPs at the same time, it would be really hard to arrange if your file name is something like PART 5! Please label it as eg. BREAK PART 5. Or something like that so its understandable.
- I and Alya would be back up editors if someone is not able to do his/her part... but if we have too much to do, we will ask around if anyone is able to do two parts.
- You can use any anime or game. But no movies or Disney. One person can use as many animes as he/she wishes in an anime mix or funky song... BUT if its a sad song, I would prefer that one person will chose one anime. In one anime cases, animes are not be used by multiple editors.
- Please try to make it to the deadline. If this was a normal MEP group, I wouldn't at ALL minded late parts but as it has a goal to reach, I would really appreciate it.
- Only I and Alya are to host MEPs in order to maintain the organization. We will also be giving you parts by ourself and NOT be holding auditions for them as they waste a lot of time. If you don't like your part and you have tried countlessly to edit on it but to no avail... please tell me or Alya and we will try to see if there are any other parts that you can do. If they are not, than ... well... :p. Sorry. T.T
- By reading these, you might be thinking... OOooooo scary but I am a really understanding person and I have probably suffered all the problems that you might be going through (I have got really bad luck. :/.) so I won't bite at all. Though it is appreciated that you won't let me by following the rules. :p
- OH! Yes... you can leave this MEP group if you want to (please don't) after one year. :p But you never know *winks*I might come up with something more different than this. xD

The answer to that question is... 1st March 2010.
Why so late? :3. BECAUSE
- I want to start with a new month so its easier to assign deadlines and organize
- You won't be free till than because I want to promote our goal. MWmindreader is already working on a promotion video and I, too, will start start making one now. I would appreciate if some of you do the same. It would also be awesome if you let the promotion videos be uploaded in your videos so that we can get subs to the RHS channel and people are aware that SOME CREATIVE HUMANS BEINGS are STILL ALIVE who are doing SOMETHING DIFFERENT.
- MWmindreader also suggested if you wrote the following sentence in your description channels:"I am a member of Reaching Horizon Studios which aims to reach 100 MEPS in a year."Let me clarify a few things before you all start jumping to assumptions. :p. I am not doing to gain my own popularity or because of any selfish means. I just want to achieve something that someone has not done before. You will be publicizing the fact that you are a part of a project that has never been done before and I want you to be proud to be a member of RHS because its not like other MEP group.and you know all know that quite well.-------------------Please tell me your favorites songs. :p. I desperately need them. AND you deserve to have a good MEP on your favorite song. :D
